Shared Wifi, What is considered a Multi?

Hello People of the Forum.
I am not a Multi, I have no Alts (I am brand new to the Game)...

I have a couple of friends I can invite to join... Honestly if we can convince them we might get their roommates to join too.

2 of them that I know for a fact will join live together, there are another 4 I am unsure of...

So, to keep things fair, what is considered a Multi?
Is it 1 person per IP?

@Shadower, I am buying the Naquada 5 Pack in System Lords...
If they join they will have a different IP than me (I do not live with them), but we are friends IRL, so we will most likely help each other out with Naquada to get started in the Game...

I believe it is allowed but a couple of friends live together and I think our communication IRL might make us look like a Multi...

Is this fair game?
