The cap in speed is a good thing, however once a certain energy level is reached, everyone travels the same speed within systems, while system to system doesn’t have enough of a gap. There needs to be a MAJOR gap between +4 speed and -4 speed, not a minor one, otherwise taking a + in speed becomes virtually worthless mid to late round.

And an important question before starting: How will the players be distributed? Is it necessary to belong to the alliance on the Orion server? Will it be done by login time?

Essential changes:

Artifacts
Unknown planets after resignation
Cannot leave the alliance
Correct and understandable calculation of combat losses.

I forgot two improvements that should be simple:

1) Change access to player profile.
Most of the time when you click on a player's name it is to see his online status, highest science, PL... so I suggest that when you click on a player's name his profile should open by default, and the buttons that appear now when you click on the player's name, should be added at the bottom of the player's profile... (whisper could be removed, as there is a shortcut for it "/w")

2)I think it would be better if the alliance chat would only be shown if you see the alliance tab, and the same with the whisper.

In these windows by default you should write for alliance or whisper. If someone wants to write in the general the logical thing to do is to switch tabs.

I say this because it is a bit confusing to see the same text in multiple tabs.
This is causing players to write in the general tab thinking they are writing only for the alliance. o_O

spawning next to alliance mates will be done the same way as this server did it. First alliance member that spawns in determines the starting area for that alliance.

List of stuff that is postpone with unknown date.
# Galaxy upgrade, Expandable map and possibly spiral formation.
# Artifacts
# Different fill color for the cells of saved locations according to category
# Economy bonus - may never add this.

Everything else should be able to do.

Artifacts may come in here in two months or so.

-Make known the goal is to recreate old AW as much as possible or to make game similar to old AW with new variations and stick to it.

-Player join date on profile

-Game guide must be updated and made clear and easy for new players.

-There needs to be something (screen shots, a short video..maybe a link to YouTube) to show new players approximate progression of different stages of development, features of alliance, battles, basic strategy, on a time line of 1-3 days, 1-2 weeks, 5-6 weeks 2-3 months and so on, also it should include race bonus selection. Without someone personally getting a new player to start and to explain most aspects of it to the new player this game is just a weird concept with no concept of purpose and new players don’t have any idea of what is possible or what they are “working” towards.

-Someone mention adding CV to incoming fleets and to fleet sitting on planets and to bunch of other places, that is necessary.

-This game specifically needs to be at a certain level of playability before there is any value. The truth is players are “working” to develop their account, yes it is a game but in fact it takes an incredible amount of time and effort to develop an account and maintain it while keeping up with other players. If there is any hope to build this game up to thousands of players or better I believe this will take more then one more beta testing round. If the game is pushed before the reaches 90-95 percent playability it will not succeed. How is it possible to reach 90-95 percent, I’m not sure besides spending the time, maybe add a time multiplier on over all game to X2 or X3 to get 2-3 months of game play in a shorter time.

-Don’t charge players for premium features. Have a lottery to give players premium features for free or base it on something. Going forward as it is now, it’s unfair to ask for money for premium features as the game is not playable but these premium features are necessary to develop the game. The amount of time spent playing and testing this game is 50 times more than enough subsidy- that’s not an exaggeration. This game will not succeed based on the earnings from 10-20, even 60 premium accounts plus some added extras like sms warnings to be used as advertising to bring new players to this game.

i don't understand one thing
does incoming still acitve when you siege a planet in next beta?

ya i was gonna leave it as getting a notice of a fleet on the way on siege planets. Was it not like that in old Astro Wars?

incoming was only for planet owner
but why not , a new way for the game can be good

on the other hand to avoid that the whole system is seated and therefore impossible to approach I found the good idea to limit the number of possible fleets off world ( 30 ? )
