In old AW there were two important things regarding incoming fleets:
Only the planet owner could see the incoming. Sieging players couldn't.
You could see the incoming only, if you owned the planet at launch time of the fleet. If you took the planet while the fleet was on its way, you had no indication of the incoming.
This was extremely important for the gameplay, because this is what made "ghost fleets" possible.
You could take a planet from another player and a few minutes to even two weeks later a fleet that you didn't know it existed could arrive to take the planet back.

Sorry guys I have been with out internet for over a week. I finally got it back up and running.
I got all the big stuff done. Rest is just setting changes. Will be a build here in a day or so.
As in a actual date. Not sure yet.

actually beta finished for 1 month
most of players stoppe to play and wait for next beta
but the more time passes the more we lose players who will not come back

LMAO! Its basically October. No reset. Apple ios update is stuck in apple coding hell. What the **** have you been doing for this game the last 2 months? And you wonder why people got refunds for their subscriptions they purchased.......

It's hard to work on a game with little support. Burnt me out pretty hard. Pretty much just took the summer off. Plus I lost 15 grand or more working on astro wars this year. Sacrifice all my System Lords spring sales.
Either way it's been a learning experience running my first fair to play game.
I can see now the current business model isn't working. This game is never gonna grow in player base with only 10 percent of the player basing buying a $5 premium. This game needs to make real money to get into a healthy growing state.
The new changes I'm adding in is going to be a pretty large change. Still fair to play though. I just finished those changes tonight. I just got a couple player request changes to do. So I'm thinking here in 2 days I'll be finished.

Game is finally back up. Waiting on IOS though.
Old School Server hasn't been created yet. Gonna wait a few days for people to realize the game is back up.

IOS version is now available. I don't think there will be anymore issues with apple delays.
