Gate burying

Being able to bury your gate really needs to come back. Gate and jaffa suicide attacks are undefendable against. Unless you allow for irises etc, burying the gate is the only real way to stop the suicide bombers.

id be all for an iris even if it was expensive and in the advanced buildings section, but then people would need equally expensive particle beams to get past them :\
