Mobility of deployed fleets

Mother ships should be able to change destination once deployed to any sector in galaxy. For instance if 5 ms and 10 death gliders were deployed to sector 11 and it was then decided that there were more pressing needs at sector 21 and 31 2 ms and 2 gliders could go to 21 and 1 ms to 31, 1 ms returns home, the rest continue on original course.

Purpose is to allow more flexibility in deployment adding more realism without undue complexity of play.

(I should add that I tried to see if this was previously mentioned and found some related but not close enough to preclude the post. Thanks!)

Yah I have been thinking of adding that in. It will have to wait though
