Should I just show all users online and not have it related to intel tech
Let me know your opinions. Because right now you have to have a high enough intel technology to see if a person is online other wise they show up as unknown

What ever you can do or dream you can always begin it because boldness has genius, power and magic in it

I like it how it is now.

If everybody knows, without tec, you could base your attacks on that without having to do something for it.

I think you should keep it how it is.

Have it to intel level. As seeing who is off line is advantagous for attacking.

Players have to take time to build planets and get strategies in place.

The intel for now is not useful, but later on will be as alliances will plan atatcks around these especially if dangerous players are not online
