Alliance Standing Armies

This is an idea for after the reset. I have no idea how this would work other than requiring members to donate an amount of military or naquadah to what the alliance leader requires. Then the alliance leader uses this military from all of the combined players under one banner as the standing army for the alliance.

as a alliance leader I must say I very much like this idea. :)

however I think having like 20+ motherships under ones control would simply destroy any enemy and mass overkill lol.

yes there would definitly have to be a limit to the size of the army haha.

ya this idea has been brought of many of times. I'm still pondering over it.

i would laugh if this standing army was limited to jaffa.
i think ms's of the standing army would end up being overkill. i would stick to bombers as maximum strength unit in a standing army.

if it was ms's the first alliance to donate naq/units to alliance the fastest would have first blood in alliance dominance.
similar to flagship dilemma.
