So i was thinking of maybe seeing that there should be two types of motherships the ones that are already in the game and also bringing in your flagship! you can only build one flagship maybe? and with the flagship there should be another pop-up screen like when you go into the tech lab or something but this one goes straight into you flagship and from there you get to design and modify the ship to what you want it to be. feel free to add anything else.
