Adding Supremacy Issue (unable to build)

I added supremacy to one of my planets and now am unable to build things that I am clearly capable of affording. This includes both Build and Military.

I have been using google chrome

I looked your account over using chrome everything seems fine.
so you saying you was hitting build or military and every building and military unit was not lit up?

You are correct. The "Level 7" button was not showing up.

I logged out and shut my browser down. It looks like it is working again. Thank you for the quick response.
