bug with alliance forum cant scroll down so 5 topics

we got 5 topics atm, i had to delete one of them to create a new topic.
when trying to create the 6 topic, the button to make the topic is so far down and there are no scroll option so cant scroll down to push it.

i can make a printscreen and send you if you want one on email?.
