I'll be doing nothing for some time, when I start playing. I'm going to get to know the game, and it's mechanics. I'll observe, and take notes. I'll collect resources too, if I have any income as soon as it starts.
I'll then use those notes and set goals. I'll plan how long it will take, and what I will need. For the sake of helping people, I'll be creating a "mini-wiki", local website. After setting, and refining these goal, I'll break it down into manageable chunks, and take it from there, using my wiki. When I feel that it will work, I'll release my "plan/wiki" You can follow this plan, but at a cost. YOUR SOUL!
When I'm strong enough, I'm going to smash everyone of you to pieces. :) - Steal your armies, your resources and your ships. I'll bury the Stargates on your planets that I stole, so you cannot take them back, as easily. I'll ruin your reputation and haunt you if you dare retaliate. You will regret it, greatly.
Is this evil enough?

Oh yes, you are on a good way.
But while you will be taking notes and increasing your knowledge my fleet will be on the way to defeat you and destroy everything on your shabby planet! :-P

My evil plot for the game is simply to dominate other players until they start paying me for protection or until they join my 'alliance' (in other words, my oppresive system where they have to do what I say or risk being annihilated)

I agree that some will, and just because you're allied with someone doesn't mean you have to trust them (I allied with one guy in ogame, got him to attack my enemy, while his fleet was away I attacked him and stole all his resources, it was hilarious when he sent me loads of messages filled with swearing)

trust is not important its what the goal is if our goals are similar then by all means i think we can a tempoary alliance where we wipe this player but while you travel back to your planet you find that its been conqured by me and you have no where to go =]
