ever get someone with zero status no stop attacking and recalling last minute every time.. think should have a penalty for having zero status since cant earn status from zero status and person can send attack after attack then recall.. well based on status would think if have none once launch a fleet there would be zero option of recalling since have zero status wouldnt have much respect for ones own subjects so once an attack is launched that person has zero option of recalling so they will have to win and get status or die trying and eff should go down on planets may negative 5 percent since dreadful adds 5 percent attack def and naq production
