Thanks demo, I just figured that the asgard should have something to do with the mythology.


The chosen one, savior, and ultimate survivor. Will work for zambooki(coffee+vodka)

The Furlings in the SG episodes are attributed to have invented the "Fountain of Youth" box that the Goa'uld tried to replicate with the sarcophagus.
Also, there seems to be hints of mayan/aztec type of culture.

Therefore Furlings names are aligned to Peruvian type names, as the Furlings are associated with aztec type of earth history, so makes sense when they came to earth, the langauge was taken by the local inhabitants and over the thousands of years, it mixed with latin (thanks to earthly ancients) type of words forming the basis of languages used today.

Naq <> Neutronium but ok, I guess each race can mine the mineral they deem important. A bit of a logic problem when a Goa'uld takes over an Asgard planet and *poof* all the neutronium mines become naq mines, but ok.

As for the names, The Asgard names are somewhat understandable but the Furling ones...the complexity of the names will make it too hard for players to follow in my opinion.
