The strongest alliance when it is more than double anyone else should't be involved in any war, unless that war is to defend their territory. If they engage in wars, they will be looked at as if they were another tyrannical group. If you want to avoid being hatted as the strongest group. You can only defend what you have, and protect those you have agreements with.
