Is my account hacked?

Hi,

at the morning i tryed to log in my, but the screen says that my account dosent exist.
I tested to reset the password, but there are no account exists.
I createt a new account at the same name(Tarlock).
I thinked that my account was deleted, but System Lords sayed, that my name is used.
I am hacked or deleted?
