Just started and... (Mechanics and Cosmetics)

Just started and I chose Asgard as my species. When it finally got to ruling, it says I'm a Goa'uld. How can I restart to fix this?
Also, the in-game screen doesn't fit to my monitor at all. I had to use 800x600 just so I can see everything, but now it's too small.

I'm using Firefox, by the way.

Just reset, under menu, top right.

The game doesn't fit the screen, just zoom out and play on half screen.

Just reset three times, but it still won't make me Asgard. No matter what I do, it won't work.
I've tried switching to Asgard the other direction; and not changing my starting planet. I think I'll try Furling instead.

I'm an Asgard. I've seen a few other people have this problem as well, so it might be a problem on shadowings end; though, I've always just assumed you're all victims of the confusing arrow.

Just tried both Furling and Onac species and it said (because I used ' in my name) "your goa'uld name contains invalid letters".

It wasn't just that, but it didn't allow me (when I fixed it) to be anything but Goa'uld. Kinda sucks at the moment. I'll resign myself to Goa'uld and check out the rest of the game.

I don't know why a few people have had this issue. Works fine for me in IE and Firefox. What browser you using killer?

the game is glichy when i use firefox so i switched to google chrome it works way better now so try google chrome

Lord it may be plug ins you have installed on firefox causing the issue. Like ad block for instant.

Using Firefox. I've been thinking about switching to Google Chrome. Right now I'll just check it out and when I've got the handle of it I'll try using Chrome to switch to Asgard.

I sent you a PM, Shadowling, telling you my in-game name so you can send me a message. Not sure if it'll help or not. I'm such a noob sometimes.
