Change to Spydrones and Endurance

I believe that these should be changed to a unit, rather than a percentage. It would make it easier to keep track of, especially if you have advance techs Outskirts or Despoil to increase the maximum.

It is seldom that I agree with suggestions on this game. Yours is one of those pleasant exceptions! I am not sure if such is an easy fix, but I too would prefer amounts instead of percentages. Maybe Shadowing will consider a change?
