I know there are some episodes I'm less excited to rewatch than others, but the only one that sticks in my head as being truly bad was "Emancipation." Carter in that dress and Cary-Hiroki Tagawa aside, that whole episode just stinks. Blatant and heavy-handed " hassak ism is bad, mmm'kay?" message that's, oh, I don't know, about thirty years too late. Thankfully, SG-1 dropped that particular anvil early in the first season and never, ever picked it up again. Hathor, in my mind, was a MUCH better female-empowerment episode, because it actually shows the women of the SGC taking a stand and doing whatever it takes to resolve the problem (including Carter knocking out General Hammond, who's a boss enough leader that he gives her a commendation for it!)
And for the record: yes, I know hassak ism is still problem, even in supposedly progressive places like the US. But it's much less of a problem than it was, and gets better all the time. But Emancipation was less about "women can be just as good at a given job as men, and should receive respect based on their skills alone" and more "women shouldn't be property." Which I don't think is much of an issue in places where you would have access to Showtime.

i really didn't like the series final for sg1 'unending'. it was an alright episode, but a terrible final...
Kelac! #1 cheater in the game, but you'll never catch me!

Dumbest moment to me was when Ronan got shot and died and the Wraith brought him back. Or when the replicator got loose on their ship in the Ori galaxy and took over the NID guy, they turned into the Terminator after he was blown up lol. They totally jumped the shark there. At least they did it on purpose and 'hung a lantern' on it though. :D
Least favorite episodes are probably 'Urgo' and 'Upgrades'. Also 'Wormhole Xtreme' was pretty dumb but i'll admit it was pretty funny. But i always preferred the more serious side of Stargate, the exception being Oneill's sarcasm which was the best part of SG-1 for me.
Favorites, anything with Anubis or the Ori. For Atlantis the Todd episodes. I pretty much thought all of SGU was epic, which i know a lot of Stargate fans will disagree with, but whatever.
