are the advanced buildings able to be destroyed?
are they 1 per planet or 1 per account?
are the bombers going to get their use or stay unuseful?

i think it would be cool if they could be damaged and then slowly repaired over time or you could sac slaves to fix them faster

ALL advanced building are per planet and maximum 3 levels each.
i asked Shadowing.
i am unsure of answers to other questions.

Per planet. Only one level
Only effects the planet they are on
Can't be destroyed at the moment

So if someone takes the planet after you've spent 100,000+ naq on an advanced building, now they have whatever you bought? That doesn't seem right.
