the patch note admin released what does it mean exactly?
if you have the advanced tech for naq then you no longer need mines?
if so do you need the normal production tech for naq as well?

i believe it means that the new way it works you recieve the onus naq right off the bat, opposed to the old way that gave production bonus to the actual mines them selves

Yah. Before the update it used to take the naqahdah your mines make and increase it. Now it increases the over all naqahdah production of the planet.

If you have 40 percent naqahdah production technology and 10 points in productivity then it will give you 55 percent increase

They still produce naq Binar.
It is just that the tec benefits all prodution and not exclusivly mines.
