Infiltration change

Personally I dont like the way it works currently, it opens up to spam and abuse. Just had a planet of 95,000 now to 30,000 in a very short time.

I propose changes that include downtimes as to avoid it being spammable and even the ability to continue on the same planet, I mean think about it if trouble keeps happening all the time surely guards would be prepared so half the success rate until tomorrow.

I don't think it needs nerfing, if anything it needs to be upgraded.

If someone has spent research and tech into it, versus someone who hasn't, then of course you will get pilfered pretty quick.

Its a strategy for some to be sneaky spys versus large militaries,

so how would a player reach the midway point.

of course they'll be weaker militarily and and as spy, compared to full brown of each kind. but is there a middle ground?

i have not found a balance in infiltration system. defense or otherwise.

There is no true way to find the balance. You can find out how big someone's fleet is but no way for spies (as they are spies and a secret)

FYI the top people have over 10ms, no idea on spies
