hi guys i have 37 points and used them but havent used my free refund yet... i dont know if i did it badly or good so i was wondering if any of u would give me some advice?

well that depends.
there are some techs more useful than others. with economy and production you cannot do anything wrong. intelligence is always important so enemies cannot see whats on your planet. armament and traversity is usefull if you want to use agents. if you are more the military guy you might have other preferences.
but one universal advice: dont split your points on too many different techs. when you have a little bit of all techs you have nothing worth the money you spent on the labs.
