Ok so before I can start this server. I need to know what cycle time we want this to play on.

I remember the old server being where you received production points once a hour.
Someone said in chat that it was once a hour but it split it up and gave it every 15 minutes.


What if we just make it every 15 minutes?
I'm wanting to get this launched as soon as possible.

I'm pushing new updates out today to fix a couple things people mentioned.
