Hi,

As it is a real job for SD, I will begin to post some issue with the game.

Speed, energy, quadrant is a real problem.

I am a slow fighter, -1 speed with energy 32.
If if find a jump in the same quadrant, my travel time is 15 minutes bewteen systems and planets.
As 15 minutes is a minimu, none can't catch me even if he is in the same alliance, is +4 speed and has 50 energy.
It's not fair, it's :
- quadrant related
- race related, useless to be a speed fighter
- Travel time formula related
- 15 minutes minimum TT related.

What you guys think about it?

Speed has to slowed down. @ +4 speed I was able to enter two systems separately, and kill them in 3 hours total. That was with mistakes. The scariest part, is that with zero speed I probably could’ve done the same thing. I didn’t do number crunching like Grek did (I’m lazy), however I don’t think numbers were necessarily needed to see that there is a problem.

You are on a roll Grek . . . I agree with this one as well. The TT calculations need adjustment. Just like a +4 in Defense, once you get a couple levels of Energy, the -4 to speed is negated.

TT between alliance planets should always be TT/2. So the limit should be 7.5 minutes if there is a 15 minute limit between planets. That way a speeder can be negated once in a system by an ally speeder.
