Bombarding, taking it over and no pp per cycle

After bombarding a planet and taking it over, the robotic factory is in negative numbers (-1,067) and the planet does not produce any pps per cycle.

I don't see any planets with a negative robotic factory

I just spent 20pps I brought with colonys, and the robotic factory level has gone from 0 to 8 (389 remaining for n9).

Just took a planet with -xxx points on some buildings, just had to spend 1pp on to go back to normal values

Ya must be a bug with bombarding when its reducing the buildings. which is odd cause bombarding reduces buildings to 0. It doesnt subtract them I didnt think.
