Go on then. It had to be asked...
Personally it has to be Anubis.. I always saw him as Emperor Palpatine without the humanity.. this empty thing driven entirely by a will to dominate and own. He was a villain pure and truly and that is nice to see after many years of humanised shades of grey villains being in the media stream.

Ba'al - Because he was crazy enough to clone himself, and that he basically flew an Al'kesh into the front door of Stargate command.

My favorite System Lord would have to be Telchek because he created the sarcophagus which is based on Ancient technology.

Was he a system lord? I thought he was just another one of them darn Goa'uld... I may be wrong. I just don't remember him having an army. :/

He was one of the first Go'ulds, hmm interesting point. I know Anubis waged war on him, because he wanted the Ancient device.

Baal has always been my favorite. I really like the actor that plays him in the series

Baal would have to be a second favourite of mine. I didn't really like Apophis. Sokar and Cronus were cool too.
