Declaration!

We the System Lords declare that we don't will attack new player on all server! It will be in charge January 1 'till March 31!

We only will go for inactive players in this time!

Exceptions: provocations!

Reason: we wanna give newbies a chance to build them up!

We would appreciate it if other alliances will follow our example!
