Ya its what I call a Easter egg system. Which means when your military land on a planet there is a chance they may find something special. Some things are artifacts which can be used to boost a planet and other things will be special type of locations to obtain in the galaxy.

What ever you can do or dream you can always begin it because boldness has genius, power and magic in it
