Constant crashing

Game: System Lords

Time Noticed: When I first downloaded on PC

Basic Description: It crashes constantly, mainly when I try to go to the sector menu or do anything too fast, and no, it's not my computer, it's only using 16.9% of the CPU and 290.3 MB of ram

I thought I had the sector window disabled due to that reason.
It's a unusable feature ATM.

Shouldn't be crashing doing anything else though.
If you click that windiw then close it. It will probably lead to crashing doing other stuff.
I may of enable that window by accident last time I was working on it and forgot to disable it before I did a build.

I also have another question, why can't I take over level 1 planets?

There is a minimum level. It's your total amount of planet divided by 2

So if you own 4 planets. Then your 5th planet must be a level 2. Prevents players not occupying to many low level planets since the Galaxy is static.
