By now you have chosen a race and a personality. The final step before you are known in the galaxy is to find a place to start your dominion. Some planets have stargates and some don't. Planets that have stargates allow for instant trade or attacking with soldiers through the gate (Or fighters if your Onac).

Finally, make sure you have a name and click Start to Rule to be thrown into the galaxy.
