I think my name works just fine as a Goa'uld name. "All Hail Lord ShadowWeaver, the weaver of shadows in the hearts and minds of all who appose him." ;) Yeah, sounds good. :)
Telchek and I were old friends (or at least that is what I let him believe) and the effects of the sarcophagus are not accidental. Benevolence was never my way and I couldn't stand the idea of my fellow Goa'uld being satisfied to just explore the galaxy. I want to rule the galaxy but if they are all goodie too-shoes then they will gang up against me. However, if they all want galactic domination as much as me, then they will be busy fighting each other instead and while they kill each other off, my superior intellect will allow me to sneak in and build vulnerabilities into their minds and armies. All will worship me as the Supreme God of the Universe, the God of the Goa'uld the mind of the Abyss.

oh but i will have the chance for in my hasara style starbase i have made hundreds of clones of myself then positoned them all over the galaxy. i then took a new host that looks completely different so no one not even the other me's will know my true identity until it's too late. as my enemies lay bleeding on the ground before me i shall not gloat nor will i tell them who i am . i will simply grin then ring away..... ;D

I would say "oh my god" but I am a god so I have none, but what I wanted to say is: only Goa'uld with a lack of creativity steal their knowledge ( ok I know all of them did but I will stop that because then I will rise and defeat all of you who are addicted to this old strategy of advancing in technological progress by stealing knowledge). So you want to use the strategy Baal already uses in SG (or - wait - will use in thousends of years when we use the time of the game as basis of this discussion). Ok you modified it a bit but I have a plan (no, I willhave a plan) that is m uch better and I will gain the hegemony over the galaxiy and you will kneel down in front of me.
