i haven't seen any SG: U episodes in here, which I believe was actually a really good series.
Favorite SG: U Episode- "Gauntle"t
SGA Episode- "Vegas"
SG-1 Episode- "1969" and All parts of "Lost City"

Been awhile since I watched the show, so don't know episode titles as well as I should, but here goes (in no particular order)
1) Window of Opportunity. Not only was it hysterically funny, but the last scene had such great depth and emotion. O'Neill screaming "I LOST MY SON! I KNOW!" never fails to break my heart.
2) 200. Again, very funny, but the fake interviews with the fake Wormhole X-Treme cast are very nice, especially fake T'ealc talking about the importance of science fiction.
3) Hathor. Not only did it introduce us to the foxiest Goa'uld ever, but I felt it was a MUCH better female-empowerment episode than the heavy-handed Emancipation, and pretty much signaled the death-knell for SG-1's focus on hassak ual politics in the military, which they handled at best poorly and at worst painfully.
4) The one with the trainees. Not only did we get to see a young Boomer, but the whole "aliens invade the SGC" as a secret plot to test some SGC recruits was brilliant.
5) Disclosure. I actually like clip shows, and SG-1 had handled them beautifully throughout its run. This one, though I thought was brilliant. Seeing the international politics and ramifications of the Stargate Program was amazing, and the interplay between the various powers was fascinating. And Thor reading the riot act (with typical Asgard politeness) to Senator Kinsey is one of my absolute favorite moments in the whole series.

Well, there is no real best or worst Stargate episodes, but the ones i liked more than any others were:
1. Allegiance SG1 S6.EP9. bra'tacs speech is so emotional
2. The Storm and The Eye Atlantis S1.EP10&11 Because the Genii chick who fights Teyla is hot ;)
3. Crystal skull SG1 S3.EP21 for the sole fact that Daniel tells jack to not be an ass
4. The Seer Atlantis S4.EP9. because The future is predetermined by the character of those who shape it.
And last but not least;
5. Reckoning Part 1 SG1 S8.EP16 because Jack tells Ba'al to basically get rooted when he asks for help (You know that bitter taste in your throat? It's kind of wrapped around your uvula? That's what's left of your pride)
