Naquada Loss Bug?

So with my suicide, I sent 2 mil naquada to a good friend for them to hold onto till I return. In my return, he has sent me the planet with the 2 mil naquada, and I only received 1 mil. I understand that the said person only gets half of what is there, but my friend didn't receive the other half. Is this a new rule in the game, or is this a bug? If it is a bug, could someone please send me the 1 mil naquada, or if it is a rule, could you make it more known. For this is really disheartening.

P.S. I already spent the naquada, so attacking me won't get you anywhere.

its not a bug if you attack a player with 2 mil naq you only get 50% the other 50% is destroyed and moving naq to a player is considered a cheat in shadowings eyes

There is a script that monitors what a player is doing to find players trying to trade naqahdah. If detected it removes it.
