I am giving everyone in that alliance 24 hours to prepare for the onslaught, triton is safe since he has done nothing to bother me.
everyone else either tell me where your fleet is and I will let you keep your planets or make it the hard way and I take everything, the choice is up to you.

khnum is pissing me off, emperoratsuma is constantly sending me whispers to take sats for him and I have given triton 3 days to answer my message I sent him to fix this. I am now going to take action.

That is strange, did you get a warsat for Atsuma at an earlier point? I remember that someone kept asking me to help them after I gave them one. It took ages for them to stop asking, I don't remember who now.

no I have never taken a sat for anybody outside of the shadow empire but the whispers are constant and its really annoying

I think it is because of the NAP. He might not have realised it was just a non aggression pact and thought of it as an alliance of alliances. In other words, if people in one alliance needed help, the other alliance members would help. That is my guess, but yeah, I can understand it getting annoying.
