Hey, I know there's advanced tech to permanently increase the speed of ships, but I think it would be nice if there was a special operation that we could do from our home world similar to competency, but it would increase the speed of ships for a certain time depending on how much intelligence a person has, like 30k of tech increases the speed of ships by 30% or something like that you know.

Wold be greater if we could use tech to create blackholes to go from side of the galaxy to the other side but it would cost alot of Tech to do so

Well, mines would still be the same, if someone had enough mines do it would take 5+x hrs to get there, then it would take 0.7(5+x)hrs to get there so mines would not be useless, just less effective depending on the difference in intel

Oh, yeah, that would also be cool Scrow, or have the possibility to make Ori ship gates with tech to make the ships go faster or something like that if the increased % in speed wasnt caused by spending tech and having a ship speed competency operation

I do like this idea. It wouldn't effect mines.
So it would only effect the base distance speed.
