Chat on mobile browser

Hi im not able to use the chat function on mobile browser. I cant scroll down nor type. I can see old chat conversations but nothing new. Nor can see the patch summary.

Is this IOS or Android?

I'm assuming you don't mean the old version on a mobile device.
