ok so am looking around for worlds to attack but for the last few days i keep getting spy drone was destroyed spy chance 0%
i thought the game was set at a 50/50 chance yet all i get is 0% every time


i have reposted this here to see if anyone replies

The system has changed as far as I know. Now you can have 0% chance if your infiltration is too low.

ok but my espionage and intelligence bulding are at 20
and on dominion page my infiltration is 23
should i have 0% with that
