Hi. To help Shadowing get down to business as fast as possible please make sure all post's include the following information when you report a game bug.
- Browser being used
- Any task's being performed in game when attempting to use this function
eg1. Chat not working whilst you were simultaneously looking at military or research or trying to switch.
eg2. Research window not popping up whilst you are besieging a planet.
- Finally please make sure that the nature of the bug is in your topic title. There are four categories...
- Cosmetic (game appearance)
- Mechanics (functions within the game)
- Log On (can't log in, change password etc)
- Misc (doesn't fit into any of the above)
Please add a screen shot whenever you can, as the more information Shadowing has, the better he can work.
