chat failed

on abydos the chat seems to have failed cant get any messages to show up in galaxy alliance or whispers...

Art, it's a known bug that happens when the chat logs get filled up. He can fix it easy once he sees it. I posted it in Chulak, so he should be aware of it.

It has happened a few times this week and last.
