How does one input a code they get from answering a trivia question to get the benefits of the reward?

You do nothing with the code. It is kinda like your receipt. All it is used for is a way to identify you without your name being attached to it. I send the codes to shadowing and he just pickes some without know who the codes are attached too. That way there is no favoritism and the game can not be rigged.
