I literally just realized I didn't say anything in this post. Okay here is my 4million pesos. To add to the size of the alliance, all planets owned and military for all alliance members get a -5% to their power and efficiency. Maximum is 20(-50%) and 10(-25%) HOWEVER! It should be the opposite too. If there is only 2 members they should get a boost. However if there is only one then no boost for you, or maybe they should get one for soloing? Anyway this is the thought.

1 (50%) {25%} or nothing. You decide. Soloing is hard, no backup. I mean without an alliance too.

This would be nice. It would even make people want smaller alliances too. Now I'm sure this can be broken. If a player wants to hard enough anything can be broken.
