Galaxy View feature needs a zoom in and out with the mouse Scroller...

Why would we want to zoom in??

You can zoom in and out using Menu > Options > Resolution tab

It is typically a "set it and forget it" type of thing so I am not sure why you wish to use the mouse scroller.

Shadowing is buried with tons of enhancements and bug fixes. Not sure this request would be a priority.

I would definitely like to see this, as well as for the Sector view, but Vitopian's right. This is probably not a priority.
