Disable changing the focus to a different planet

Currently when you have a fleet or shipment of some kind arrive at it's destination, the active focus changes to the destination planet, also a news item is created showing the movement.

This can be a real pain in the backside when you you are trying to do things elsewhere. You might have 6 or 7 things on the move and right when you are about to click to commit a change the planet focus changes and your back on Your_World_003.

Can you just issue the news report and disable the shifting planet focus, it would sure make things easier.

Yeah that is a pain in the ass when you are trying to do multiple things at the same time. I agree with this change!
