Space Mines with Damage

Why not add a damage component to space mines. You could keep the time limits the same or tinker a little offset some damage.

The more tech you have to counter it lowers the time to target and lowers the damage incurred for passing through it.

I for one like this idea. it will give some players a chance in defending their planets.
