Asgard protected planets treaty =vassal ?

if the goa uld get Vassal in game at some point i beilve the asgard should get something too,now the differents is they wont be vassal more on the lines of like in the show they had the *protected planets treaty*.And like vassal they give you so much % of there naq they make or somthing on thos lines kinda just a thoght let me know what you guys think and how to make this idea better
