Cursor hints

Hi i was wondering. wouldnt it be nice if you could hold your mouse cursor over the icons/buttons ingame and a text would show what they do? when i started i had to click all of them all the time to find the right one

ya someone has mention that before. One thing though. windows open pretty fast. I would have to put a delay on the pop up anyways.
