Greetings,

I am new to the forum and wanted to know how the beta version is going for the game?
I also wanted to know if there is a date set for the beta?

Well, gotta say I'm excited about the game. Just saw this today. I'm an old time fan of the Stargate series. I've also played quite a few games like Evony in the past. Which I've heard Shadowing say that this SG game is kinda related in some concepts when compared to those games.

Theres no security issues with showing users emails with their user names. At the very least a spam bot could grab their email address and send them spam mail lol.

Consent was granted by the owners. Agreed it is not a good idea to make public a personal email address but we're doing nothing that has not been consented.

We (administration) asked for users to sign up to the testing round using these very forums. Thereby users willingly submitted their email address to public viewing for a chance to play the game. This was for Alpha only, and of course BETA users signed up using a different method, one a little more subtle and so their email address have remained away from the public eyes.

That's why it's always wise to use one e-mail for gaming and everything 'unofficial' and one e-mail for serious stuff :)

iwell i tihnk they did open it to be played as beta it just they wont let u play wiht out paying wicht has me upset casue i cant afford to do that
wicht isnt right thats why most stargaet games mgm finds outabotu gets shut down
casue pepoel making em pay and i jsut wish it would be set to free to play or i can never play it casue this game loosk liek it has promise unlike the others explt i cant afford to pay to play......

Game is going to be amazing!
I am a massive fan of the Stargate movie, not really the series.. Never got into it that much.
Playing as the Goa'uld is the best thing about this whole game, though.
Can't wait for the beta to start @ 6PM (UK)!!!!
