Big changes to Military Losses

So here in the last few weeks I've had around 5 or 6 players saying they were going to quit playing. Most of it seem to be related to losses. Players build up for months and then lose it so fast with in just a few battles or so.

So we gonna try something new. This isn't super extreme but I'm willing to make it even more so.

As of now a player can never lose more than half their forces before obviation is even considered. Default obviation is 20 percent so that means the most you can lose rather you are winner or loser of a fight is 40 percent military. with having no bonuses.

I did a few more changes. Default obviation was 25 but I lowered it to 20. Which allowed me to raise the winner bonus obviation to from 15 to 20.

Also I have raised aggressive stance obviation bonus majorly from 15 to 25 percent.
