How do I earn another Planet?

Hello Gaters...
I started the game off by conquering and colonizing 2 planets plus the planet I started with...
Now I am looking for a nonGated Planet to build my army but it says I maxed out my Planets (I can occupy)...

When does the Planets I can Occupy go up to 4 or 5?

Your max planets is the average of your combined planet levels.

So if you have 3 planets level 5 than your max planets is 5 + 5 + 5 then divide that by your planet total which is 3.

So it be max planets 5. Population will increase planet lvl.

All buildings produce population except naqahdah mines and stargate building.

What ever you can do or dream you can always begin it because boldness has genius, power and magic in it

1 More thing, is there any way to Level up a Planet?

Nevermind, I think I figured it out... Once you get the Population up it automatically levels your Planet up (I think)...
