Good morning, yesterday I started two new planets and wanted to try some different strategy on building it up. On the one planet I combined HF with RF and on the other I only build RF for start. Now on the planet where I didnt build any HF my population is growing faster than on the other planet

Might be a bug with spontaneous growth may.

Not sure what it is, but I kept it on 0 and on the other planet I have a HF of 5. The planet with 0 HF is 2 hours a head of the other planet
